Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Flagpolebuddy.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Special shipping to outside the USA maybe be negotiated, only by contacting us directly.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Flagpolebuddy.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

CANCELED ORDERS

Our goal, at Flagpole Buddy, is to make sure every patron is thoroughly satisfied with their purchase. However, we do understand that things happen, and an order may need to be cancelled.

Please note, in the event of a cancelled order, there will be a 4% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is in place for the fees attached to all debit and/or credit card purchases. Please be aware of this before you place your order.

RETURNED/EXCHANGED ORDERS

While our goal at Flagpole Buddy is to make sure every patron is thoroughly satisfied with their purchase, we do understand that sometimes things do not work out. If there is a need for returning merchandise, please be aware that there is a $10 restocking fee. This restocking fee applies to all merchandise purchased with Flagpole Buddy.

If you choose to exchange any Flagpole Buddy products, the restocking fee is waived, but any additional pricing is the responsibility of the customer (i.e., Return a $12 item in exchange for a $42 item). The additional cost will need to be paid for before any new product is shipped to the customer. If the customer is exchanging Flagpole Buddy merchandise for an item of lesser value, than Flagpole Buddy is responsible for the additional refund cost (i.e., Return a $42 item in exchange for a $12 item). Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for any returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, when completing a return or exchange.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 9am PST – 530pm PST. Orders placed Monday through Thursday will likely ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday afternoon – Sunday, will be processed in the order that they were received, on the following business day. Please note that these shipping times can vary depending on the time of year, peak season, and/or conditions outside the control of Flagpole Buddy. All shipping costs accrued for purchases, returns, exchanges, and warrantied replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order is processed, customers will receive tracking information by 530pm PST on the day that it leaves the Flagpole Buddy Warehouse. We want you to be aware that your new product is on its way.

Miscellaneous

Void Where Prohibited: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions.
